Before booking, please read the below:

Before booking a tattoo appointment, I require everyone to fill out the form below. Once I approve your deign/idea, I will let you know how to proceed Appointments booked through my booking website, without prior approval, are subject to cancellation and loss of deposit.

My schedule is available month-to-month. After gaining approval for your design: if you are using my booking link through The Jade Collective website and you do not see availability, that means I am completely booked.

AFTER SENDING YOUR TATTOO REQUEST EMAIL:

Check your spam folder. Almost all of my emails go to your spam folder from thejadecollective@hotmail.com.

Thank you so much for inquiring about a tattoo. There is a human behind this request form and I prioritize time for self care, setting boundaries and taking technology breaks. It might take some time for me to get back to you. Please allow 30 days before reaching out about your tattoo your tattoo inquiry.
