TATTOO BOOKING & FAQ

Thank you so much for inquiring about a tattoo. There are humans behind our booking system and we prioritize time for self care, setting boundaries and taking technology breaks. It might take some time for us to get back to you. Please allow 30 days before reaching out about your tattoo inquiry. Note, if we have any questions or need any clarification about your tattoo idea before accepting your request we will contact you via text and/or email.
Spaces are limited and are first come, first serve. My schedule is available 14-30ish days in advance. If you do not see any availability, that means I am completely booked out or my schedule isn’t open. I typically do not work weekends in my studio because of events and work travel. If you do not see availability, please check back frequently on Vagaro. Our booking system allows you to be added to a waitlist for a specific time and date but DOES NOT allow us to contact you about other dates and times as they become available.
Please note that for first time clients or first time booking through Vagaro you will need your credit card info & your driver’s license to prove you’re 18+ years of age.

My prices start at $150, the level of detail, placement and other factors come into play when pricing. Please keep an open mind and be prepared to pay a slightly higher rate. I do not typically stray from my original pricing, but this is an art, and the human body is a canvas and there are factors out of both of our control.
Due to the nature of these small tattoos, sometimes lines fall out. To secure your investment, you’ll get more information on how long to wait to book a touch up, if need be.
Additional tattoos will not be accommodated, unless they have been approved prior to booking.
If you are getting a font/script tattoo (not in someone’s handwriting), please have a font picked out before you come. We have a bunch of examples in studio if you don’t have a particular preference. However, if you want to browse, we download our free fonts from 1001fonts.com and you can preview your text there.

Pop Ups
We do not do custom pieces during pop-up events. Our available flash designs are always being updated and can be found on our instagram highlights under “Flash.” If you want a custom piece, please submit an appointment request for an in-studio appt.
Excluded Pop-Up tattoo locations (on the body): throat, fingers, tops and sides of feet, torso (back or front). All of these locations on the body take more time and a slower pace from your artist. If you want a tattoo on these body parts, please submit an appointment request for an in-studio appt.
Guest Spots
Our artists may allow custom tattoos during guest spots. A guest spot means that our artist is traveling to another tattoo or cosmetic tattoo shop and will have access to a printer for custom pieces. In this case, please email us at thejadecollective@hotmail.com and type the location in the subject line for your tattoo request.
Touch Ups
At The Jade Collective, our artists honor their work. We do offer touch-ups for your tattoos after 1 month of healing and before having your tattoo for one year. Touch ups are not always necessary and pricing will depend on the artist. "Fall-Out," with tattoos can happen regardless of needle size and tattoo style. Traditional style tattoos can have fall out and so can our fine line favorites. Fine line tattoo fall-out is more noticable than other styles of tattooing because there is nothing for the lines to hide behind (no shading, color work, etc.). If you are unsure if your tattoo needs touch up, please reach out to your artist or text us a photo.
